32-year-old John Pearce of Dartford, England tried to break into a house in the middle of the day. But somehow, John managed to get his foot caught in the window frame . . . and he was left hanging UPSIDE DOWN in the window for over an hour. A crowd of neighbors gathered around to make fun of John for being an idiot. Eventually the police showed up and arrssted him.

American Idol has announced they're adding a fourth judge for the upcoming season! Songwriter/Producer Kara DioGuardi has worked with the likes of Celine Dion, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera. We'll have to wait until January to see how well she meshes with the other judges...
HARI PUTTAR?
Warner Brothers has filed a lawsuit against the makers of an Indian movie called "Hari Puttar: A Comedy of Terrors" . . . claiming the name is too similar to "Harry Potter".
Amusingly enough, the movie appears to be a total rip-off of "Home Alone" . . . and bears no similarity whatsoever to the "Harry Potter" flicks . . . other than the kid's name. Check out a trailer here . . .

MAN REELS IN BIG CATCH WITH BARBIE ROD
56 year old David Hayes of Elkin, NC and his 3 year old granddaughter, Alyssa, were fishing in a pond behind David's house. At some point, Alyssa asked David to hold her Barbie fishing pole while she went inside to use the bathroom. While she was inside.. David caught this 21 pound catfish!
